Welcome to Palatine Primary School
Palatine Primary School, in Worthing Sussex, is a generic special school for children with a wide range of special educational needs. It has undergone major redevelopment and as well as having some fantastic new buildings and equipment it has gained some exciting resources to help enhance the education and care of all it's pupils. We aim to ensure that:
Every child will enjoy and achieve
Every child will be safe and included
Palatine provides an educational experience delivered by caring professionals who strive to meet children's individual needs. Our pupils' experience is very positive, with pupils responding to the high standards of learning, care and nurturing we provide for them.
Regardless of need, we provide learning steps which meet individual pupil's needs, so they can progress at the pace which best suits them. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our population, high standards of behaviour and the respect that pupils show to each other.
We care not only for our pupils but also for their parents and carers. We encourage parental participation and working in partnership. Our aim is to help our pupils be healthy, happy, keen learners well prepared to move on to secondary school.
